chino shorts / sundresses
it’s about time to move away from the everyday cargo shorts, and onto a more dignified look. come spring time a couple pairs of chino-type shorts to your rotation. just be sure they fit, nothing looks worse than if they go well below your knees.
as for girls, switch it up too. wear something other than skirts, put on a nice sundress for a change. the gym short, yoga pants, and sweatshirts...

continuing its successful nike destroyer line, nsw has recently come out with it’s new model. this varsity jacket with a wool body, leather sleeves, and snap buttons is another hit. availible at select retailers for around $450.

a nice rendition
now i have been obsessed with this song ever since kanye played a snippet of it back in august of last year. the melody is just perfect to me, it has epic written all over it. this was done by the portland cello project, and i must say they did a pretty damn good job. one can only hope when performed live, kanye brings out a live orchestra like he did with late registration (orchestration).

must have footwear
now everyone has a different style. but there is one thing that everybody needs in their closet and that is a pair of gum soled shoes. ideally in a rather neutral color (i.e. black, navy, beige, etc.). as for girls a must have in my opinion is a pair of regular/low cut boat shoes. below are some examples. especially with spring time right around the corner everyone should pick up a pair.

so today kanye broke his “no tweeting in the studio rule” and dropped some bombs. though we can only take his word for it, as there has been no official confirmation as of yet. we can expect the all of the lights video within a week, watch the throne collaboration album in 2 months and…………a new album come summer time.

detox release date [not true?]
the album that’s been highly anticipated for the past decade finally has a release date…4/20/2011. a coincidence? i think not. it seems impossible that dr dre could live up to the expectations, but we’ll find out in 3 months.
EDIT: apparently it was a hoax? i’m as confused as you are on this one. i guess it was too good to be true.
